Chicago Bulls, No Longer Babies

It’s not Dwayne Wade. Not even Shaquille O’Neal. It is the complete dominance of the Chicago Bulls as they defeated the defending champion Miami Heat, 104-96.

This time the Baby Bulls have grown and matured enough to win a playoff series. This time they are ready to put the Heat in an early vacation. This time they will be filling up the great memories voided by the Jordan-led team.

Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen are of the past. Ben Gordon and Luol Deng are of the present. Dennis Rodman had been forgotten while Ben Wallace has been celebrated because of his magnificent defense against O’Neal.

Even Dwayne Wade couldn’t excel against the defense of the young Bulls. Antoine Walker exploded in some parts of the game but well short to outmatch the well-oiled Bulls.

No team has comeback from 0-3 deficit to win. All the odds are in the Bulls side. Their youth outran, out-rebounded, and outplayed the older Heat.
