I like this video of Lance Armstrong. No wonder he won seven Tour de France.
All top cyclists have excellent physical attributes. Armstrong is no exception, although in one way, he may be unusual even for an elite athlete. He is near but not at the top aerobically, having a VO2 Max of 83.8 mL/kg/min — much higher than the average person (40-50) but (more…)
Shaquille O’Neal was the guest of TNT Studio Monday night. Aside from one of most dominant player in the NBA, Shaq is just as funny as anybody. Not forgetting that he is a rapper and also a policeman in Miami.
Shaq maybe the biggest body in the basketball court but on TV it looks like Charles Barkley is bigger. Shaq has a gentle voice, he didn’t speak that much.
